Prepare 2 slices of bread per person.Refrigerate bread at least 2 hours before removing crusts and cutting each slice into 3 parallel sections.After making sandwiches, cover with moist thin cloth and keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
Smoked Turkey with Raspberry Mayonnaise
1/2 lb thinly sliced smoked turkey slices wheat bread 1/2 cup mayonnaise with raspberry puree added for flavor
Spread mayonnaise mixture on sliced bread.Add turkey slices and cut into desired shapes.Add a small sprig of fresh parsley as garnish.
Cucumber Party Sandwiches
Rye bread, no seeds, cut into quarters or use 2x2 rye bread party loaf Cucumber, wash and peel Lemon pepper (by McCormick) Mayonnaise
Spread bread with mayonnaise.Add one thin slice of cucumber (for squares).Sprinkle with lemon pepper.
Egg Salad Sandwiches
4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped fine 2 teaspoon chives, finely chopped (1 cup) mayonnaise 8 thin slices of white or wheat bread, buttered Salt and pepper to taste
Mix ingredients and spread on bread slices.

Pound cake or cherry cake, cut into 1 1/2" slices Tubes of decorating gel Icing: 2 cups powdered sugar Up to 6 T. water; add to sugar a T. at a time, mixing well after each tablespoon Food coloring; add a few drops to icing and stir well. Place squares on a wire rack with waxed paper underneath.Drizzle icing over each, to cover.Let dry.Decorate after icing is dry.
Chocolate Covered Fruit (Strawberries)
Fill a small container (coffee cup) with semisweet chocolate chips.Place it in the microwave.Heat on high for 20 seconds.Stir chocolate, then heat it again for 20 sec.Continue heating 20 seconds at a time until it is just melted.Dip fruit and place on wax paper.Don't refrigerate after dipping.
Strawbana Brownie Bites
12 med. strawberries, 1 med. ripe banana;mash together and set aside. 1 - 20oz. pkg. walnut brownie mix 1/3 cup water 2 eggs, beaten 1/4 cup salad oil 1 1/2 cup sifted powdered sugar 1 - 8 oz. soft style cream cheese with strawberries
Mix water, eggs and oil with brownie mix in a large bowl, until moistened.Then stir in strawberry and banana mixture.Pour into lightly greased 9"x13" pan.Bake at 350for 25-30 minutes or until brownies spring back when lightly touched.Cool.
For frosting, beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.Spread over brownies.Store covered in refrigerator.Cut into small rectangles.
